BloxBus wrote this Privacy Policy so you know exactly what we collect — and what we never will. The short version: we store a username, an email address and the games you follow. That is all.
1. Information we collect
- Account data — the username, email address and, optionally, an avatar you type when you sign up. Needed to log you in and to send code alerts.
- Followed games — the games you follow, so we can tell you when one of them ships a new code.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type in aggregated, non-identifying form, only to stop abuse and keep the site fast.
- Newsletter — your email address, and only if you asked for it yourself.
2. What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your data. There is no advertising network on this site and no data broker involved.
- We never ask for your Roblox password, session cookie or PIN. If a page does, it is not us.
- We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.
3. How we use your data
To create and secure your account, to send the one email you asked for, and to make the site better. Email alerts are opt-in: you receive exactly one message per new code for the games you follow, and nothing else.
4. Roblox and third-party services
If you sign in with Roblox we receive only the public profile information you agreed to share — display name and avatar. We never store your Roblox credentials. Links to Roblox, Discord or the app stores take you off our site and are covered by their own privacy policies.
5. Cookies
We use only what is strictly necessary: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, a language cookie, and a local flag for the codes you already copied. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
6. How long we keep it
Account data lives as long as your account does. Delete your account and it disappears from our database, apart from a short backup window. Unsubscribing removes you from the list immediately.
7. Children's privacy
BloxBus is not meant for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If a parent believes a child has registered, write to [email protected] and the account is deleted.
8. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
9. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and are never visible to us. The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever touches your data we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
10. Changes to this policy
Any change is posted here with a new date. Significant changes are also mentioned in the site newsletter.
